Children's Day Celebration

Mummy has bought us a present on last Sun. She brought us to Toys R Us Jurong Point and let us choose our own gift. I chose 2 F1 cars, I gave 1 to Ming Fong. My brother loves flowers, so he bought a giant blue lovely flower.

Today our family went out to IMM shopping centre to celebrate children's day. We left home at about 10.30am. First, me and my brother took a fun ride on musical animal $2 per ride. We share. Fong loves to ride on musical animal lion (dark brown colour). So both of us rode on lion's back and the music produced was 'Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star', my brother's favourite song. Unfortunately mummy forgot to bring the battery for her camera as she charged it at home and only brought the camera with her but no battery! arrch, that is the reason why no our photos here.

Then we went for lunch at Ichiban Sushi Restaurant at 11.45am (note: this restaurant open at 11.30am, so the food were freshly cooked when we stepped in! We ate a lot there!





Our pick for the day: karibu (crab stick), corn mayo, ebi (shrimp), chuka iidako (seasoned mini octopus = mom's fav), inari (sweet beancurd), ebi tempura, gyoza, and more! Mom and Dad ordered lime juice for themselves, as for us, we drank our plain water.

Next we went to the children playground at level 3, Dad was there to look after us, while mom was busy shopping at Daiso, her 'must to go' place when in IMM.

After that, my brother and I were having fun at a small place where we did our special art work. Mom was helping Fong to peel-off the sticker, while I did my own work by myself. My picture was a ship, as my brother picked a beautiful butterfly for mummy (he was doing sand art, while I was doing the paint.)

We continued our snack time by having a fun ice cream fondue at Andersen's ice Cream. Combination of 5 scoop of ice cream (belgian chocolate, rum n raisin, vanilla, tropical forest, and ...), also some fresh cut fruit like banana, kiwi, strawberry, honey dew, accompany by 2 ice cream cones, and 2 pcs of marshmallow to dip into the chocolate. Everybody drank plain water after that.

Mummy continued shopping and bought us yellow polos from Giordano. Same design, same color for both of us, but different size of course!

Next we were having dinner at Kopitiam. We had chicken noodle soup (share), and dessert warm chen ting.

I always remind myself to get the pop corn from vending machine in IMM, so i kept remind mummy. We bought pop corn from machine $2. Here is their website www.airpopcorn.com, check it out!

Mummy went to Giant supermarket to buy something (e.g. our milk powder, seedles grapes, deede handsoap, and marie biscuits) and redeemed the receipt for free pokemon umbrella and a goodie bag contain spiderman watch, stress ball, IMM T-shirt, coaster, etc from IMM.

We went home, and having bath then having our warm milk, time's up, sweet dream!
We really enjoyed our day, ming fong said today is the best ever day! i think so!
